    2.For information on dorm applications, room types, or other dorm-related questions, please refer to the Student Housing Service Division's official website (https://dorm.thu.edu.tw/). Please register for housing with the Student Housing Service Division within the announced application dates.

    3.For students in long-term dormitories, dormitory fees for winter break will be collected with the dormitory fees for the semester while dormitory fees for summer break will be collected under a separate bill. For students in general dormitories who need accommodation during winter and summer breaks, please follow the dormitory winter and summer break accommodation application guidelines. For further assistance, please contact the Student Housing Service Division.

    4.The Ministry of Education's "Subsidy Program for On-Campus Accommodation for University Students" provides subsidies for Taiwanese students living on campus. The subsidy amounts for each semester are detailed as follows:

    • General Students: A subsidy of NT$5,000 is provided for a 20-week semester accommodation period. The subsidy is prorated to the bed fee at NT$250 per week.
    • Economically Disadvantaged Students: A subsidy of NT$7,000 is provided for a 20-week semester accommodation period. The subsidy is prorated to the bed fee at NT$350 per week.
    • Economically disadvantaged students refer to those from low-income and middle-to-low-income households.
    • General students or those who have already applied for tuition waiver do not need to apply separately for the subsidy. The registration payment form will list the "Executive Yuan On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy" item, with the subsidy amount deducted.
    • Overseas students of Taiwan nationality, overseas Chinese students, or low-income and middle-to-low-income students who have not applied for tuition and tuition waiver with the Student Assistance Division should contact the Student Housing Service Division to apply before the registration deadline.
