Note: Students are required to be present during repairs. Please leave your phone number for the dorm network team to contact you. The dorm network team will call first to learn about the issue and set up an appointment.
Note: The dorm network team will contact students with VoIPs starting with 070 to contact students. Please keep an eye out for phone calls from 070 numbers or to your dorm room phone as calls made from 070 VoIPs cannot receive calls.
After contacting students, the dorm network team will come to the room at the predetermined time for repairs. Repair hours are weekdays during the day and before 9PM in the evening.
Tunghai University WiFi Device Self-Registration Service (https://macreg.thu.edu.tw/)
This service is exclusively designed for wireless internet access in our teaching areas and is available to THU-NID-registered faculty, staff, and students. By pre-registering your mobile device's Wi-Fi MAC Address (the ID of your wireless network card), your device will automatically connect to the campus Wi-Fi whenever you're within the range of "thu," "thu_5G," or "TANetRoaming" hotspots without having to go through authentication again.
Please note that this registration service is specifically for teaching areas and unrelated to the wireless networks in student dormitories
