Dormitory Repairs: General Equipment

To improve hardware and spatial planning, keep dorms safe, and strengthen water/electricity safety inspections, the Division of Student Housing Affairs has developed an Online Repair Application System. If you notice anything that needs fixing in your dorm, you can tell your residence assistants or go to the respective area offices to fill out a repair form. For issues with dorm room phones, water dispensers, air conditioning, etc., as these are handled by external contractors, please contact the area offices or ask the residence assistants for help with repairs.
