【施工】女生宿舍及一教區宿舍冷氣濾網清洗公告

各位住宿同學您好：

為維護宿舍冷氣使用品質，將於下列時段進行寢室冷氣濾網清洗作業：

• 女生宿舍區：2026/08/08（六）－2026/08/09（日）每日 08:30－17:00
• 第一教學區宿舍：2026/08/09（日）08:00－17:00

作業期間將有工作人員進入寢室進行清洗。由於各寢室清洗進度難以預估，恕無法提供進入各寢室的確切時間。

為維護住宿同學權益，住宿中心將請工作人員全程穿著識別背心，並由工讀生於進入寢室前先行敲門確認。

另請同學配合以下事項：

1. 預留寢室內走道空間，以利工作人員進出。
2. 請將冷氣下方物品淨空，避免影響清洗作業。

Dear Residents,

To maintain the quality and efficiency of the air conditioners in the dormitories, air conditioner filter cleaning will be carried out during the following periods:

• Women's Dormitory Area: August 8 (Sat) – August 9 (Sun), 2026, 08:30–17:00 each day
• First Teaching Area Dormitories: August 9 (Sun), 2026, 08:00–17:00

During these periods, maintenance staff will need to enter student rooms to clean the air conditioner filters. As the cleaning schedule depends on the progress in each room, we are unable to provide an exact time for when staff will enter your room.

To ensure the safety and security of all residents, maintenance staff will wear identification vests, and our student assistants will knock on the door before entering each room.

To help the cleaning process proceed smoothly, please:

1. Keep the walkway inside your room clear.
2. Remove any items directly beneath the air conditioner.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
