國際新生宿舍入住及寢室鑰匙領取說明

  1. 已申請並確認參加9月4日國際新生接機服務，且於當日8:00至17:00抵達校園者，請配合國際處之接機及入住安排，由志工學長姐陪同前往寢室所在區域之學生住宿中心領取寢室鑰匙，並協助前往寢室入住。
  2. 已申請並確認參加9月4日國際新生接機服務，且於當日17:00後隨接機車輛抵達校園者，由國際處事先向學生住宿中心代領寢室鑰匙，並安排志工學長姐協助入住。
  3. 未參加9月4日接機服務或未事先申請者，不適用上述接機、鑰匙代領服務，其入住及鑰匙領取方式應依學生住宿中心公告辦理。9月5日至9月6日之服務時間為每日8:00至17:00。

Dormitory Check-in and Room Key Collection Information for New International Students

  1. Students who have registered and received confirmation for the 4th September airport pickup service and arrive on campus between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. should follow the arrangements of the Office of International Relations (OIR). Student volunteers will accompany them to the Student Housing Center in their dormitory area to collect their room keys and help them check in.
  2. For confirmed pickup service students who arrive on campus after 5:00 p.m. by the arranged pickup vehicle, the OIR will collect their room keys from the Student Housing Center in advance. Student volunteers will assist you with dormitory check-in.
  3. Students who do not use the 4th September airport pickup service or have not registered in advance are not included in the above arrangements for transportation and advance room key collection service. Please follow the Student Housing Center’s announcements for dormitory check-in and room key collection. From 5th September to 6th September, service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
